Prime Fixen provides renovation, maintenance, cleaning, pool and landscaping, and interior fit-out services across Dubai. The exact scope of any project is confirmed in writing before work begins, and any changes to that scope are agreed with you before being carried out.
Quotations and Pricing
Quotations provided by Prime Fixen are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was initially assessed, and any such adjustment will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including any deposit and final payment schedule, are confirmed at the time of quotation. Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless otherwise stated in writing.
Workmanship Warranty
Where a workmanship warranty applies to a specific service, its duration and terms will be specified at the time of quotation. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, third-party work, or circumstances outside our control after project completion.
Access and Site Conditions
You are responsible for providing our team with safe and reasonable access to the property to carry out the agreed work, including any necessary permissions from landlords, building management, or community authorities where applicable. Delays caused by restricted access are not the responsibility of Prime Fixen.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under UAE law, Prime Fixen’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific service or project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
